  • Take one glass of water and add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in it. One can add salt and sugar to taste it better. Drink this juice daily. It is extremely effective home remedy for treatment of Dyspepsia. Lemon juice helps to clear the bacteria and improve the body’s digestive system. It also eliminates injurious substances from the stomach and makes appetite stronger.

  • Regular intake of buttermilk is the simplest and best remedy for dyspepsia. For better results add cumin seeds powder or black pepper powder to a glass of buttermilk and have it 2-3 times in a day. It calms down the digestion system and intestine.

  • A daily intake of curd with your meals calms down the intestine and prevents indigestion.

  • Mint juice is also greatly suggested for the cure of dyspepsia. For best results add a spoon of honey and lemon juice in it.

  • Take a glass of water and add two teaspoon of cumin seeds in it, boil it for 2-3 minutes and have 2 times a day.

  • Chew carrot daily; it helps in increasing the saliva and speed up the process of digestion by providing essential enzymes and minerals. One can have carrot juice everyday morning as it helps to be the internal system clean.

  • First boil Fenugreek leaves and then fry them in a little quantity of butter and have it daily. It is also very beneficial in Dyspepsia treatment. It can improve the digestion system to a great extent.

  • Generally, eating aniseed daily after every meal is suggested, as it is very beneficial in digestion of food. But use the plain ones, as sugar coated ones are also available in the market.

  • Take half glass of pomegranate juice and add a tablespoon of honey in it. Have this juice twice a day; it can also help in treatment of dyspepsia.

  • Intake of a piece Jaggery or Gur after lunch and dinner prevents dyspepsia.

  • While suffering from dyspepsia, Spices, vinegar, potatoes, rice, meats, alcohol, smoking or intake of caffeine should be totally avoided as it only aggravates the indigestion.
