Home Remedies for Dysuria |  |
The home remedies for dysuria should be effective at an initial phase, but if it is a constant trouble, it is better to discuss with a specialized doctor. Some of the easy and useful home remedies for dysuria are as follows:
- Take one glass full of buttermilk and add black pepper powder or cumin seeds powder in it and drink it at regular intervals. 3-4 times in a day is suggested. It is the best and the easiest remedy for dysuria.
- Consume at least 4 litres of water daily. Regular drinking of water is extremely essential and it helps in treating dysuria by improving drain of urine and making the internal body system clean.
- Add half teaspoon of cardamom powder in a glass full of lukewarm milk and drink twice a day. It can also very beneficial in dysuria treatment. It helps in reducing the pain and gives relief to the patient.
- Carrot juice helps in the flow of urine and it also reduces the pain and burning feeling. So drink carrot juice at least once in a day. Better to drink carrot juice in the mornings.
- Add ginger paste in normal milk and drink once in a day; it can also helps in treatment of dysuria. Instead of milk, one can take ginger paste along with honey also. But don’t take this mixture more than once in a day.
- Take some coriander seeds and mash it. Now boil mashed seeds with water for 5-7 minutes. Strain the solution and have it between the meals but not instantaneously before or after the meal. Keep a gap of at least 2 hrs. Instead of coriander seeds one can also use coriander leaves.
- While suffering from dyspepsia one should avoid spicy and oily food completely, specially at dinnertime. Too much smoking, intake of alcohol or caffeine should be avoided.
