Some easy and effective home remedies for treatment of Flatulence include:
- Peppermint is also very effective in treatment of flatulence. It not only refreshes the breath, but it also cures flatulence. Peppermint tea is also extremely effective in flatulence treatment. The other tea like spearmint tea, anise tea, and caraway tea are also helpful in flatulence treatment.
- Take 1/2 tsp of dry ginger powder, a pinch of asafoetida, and a pinch of rock salt and add them in a cup of warm water. Drink this mix to get relieve from flatulence.
- Take one teaspoon of honey and add a drop of dill oil in it. Intake of this after every meal would help in flatulence treatment.
- Take 2 tsp of brandy and add it in a cup of water. Drink this before going to bed; it is very effective in Flatulence treatment.
- Take lemon juice and soak some ginger slices in it. Chew these slices after each meal. This would help in treatment of flatulence.
- Mix 1 tsp of dry ginger, 1 tsp of pepper and 1 tsp of green cardamom seeds and grind them. Add ½ tsp of this mixture in water and drink it one hour after meal. This would also help in treatment of flatulence.
- Avoid high fibrous foods like cauliflower, broccoli, beans, cabbage, and yeast-containing foods like breads and cheese. Carbonated drinks also make gas so avoid them also.
- Do not overlook the basics of eating, because this is the most natural and effective method to cure flatulence. Do not gulp the food. Eat slowly and chew the food thoroughly. This is the best technique to treat the Flatulence.
Do not drink water after 15 minutes or during meals. It weakens the digestive system.
